“This popular nightlife spot is certainly one of the most hip-and-modern Thai food spots in Seattle. Inspired by the late-night street food in Thailand, you can order a craft cocktail with a wide variety of savory bites. Open since 2019, this late-night eatery is owned by Jennifer Politanont and Saravut Nawasangarun, the same duo that owns Isarn Thai Soul Kitchen. By definition “Kin Len” means to “eat and play,” and the menu reflects this playful attitude. For a fun sample, try the “jar of pleasure” drink and an order of chicken wings, or a matcha gin and tonic and an order of khao soi noodles!:”
